Here’s how:This role sits within the Analytics team within Energy Operations, who focuses on supporting our Operational teams to recover Settlement and Billing costs whilst using data to drive performance.The purpose of this space within Energy Ops is to utilise data to understand our performance, highlight areas to focus on, as well as building processes to drive fixes. You will support in maintaining a backlog of work, and prioritising areas dependent on the demands of stakeholders.This role in a nutshell:You will work with a team of motivated analysts whose goal is to interrogate our data and generate insight, driving the department’s tactical decisions and striving to improve the customer journey.
