Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss hiring requirements, recruitment strategies, and progress updates. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market insights and guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Candidate Sourcing and Management:Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Recruitment Process Management:Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and reference checking. Ensure timely and effective communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and developing a strong network within the industry. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively position the company’s services.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, placement success rate, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, client feedback, and market insights. Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements - Possess CEI certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Familiar with recruiting platforms
