  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities worldwide to expand presence of the company.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners in the global market.
  • Exploring new quality resources like VIP communities or agencies which result in user growth and TVL growth.
  • Continuous optimize the cooperation with data-driven
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another language (e.g. Chinese, Korean) is a significant plus.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the crypto industry, with a solid understanding of business development and partner cooperation.
  • Experience in tier 1 exchange, VC and projects will be a plus.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in business development and partner management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the potential of blockchain technology.
