eWe are looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in Web technologies to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will lead the development of high-quality web applications, ensuring that they meet business requirements, are scalable, and adhere to best practices. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that the software is developed to meet the needs of our users

.In this role, you will work with leaders & team members who have significant front-end experience and relate to the challenges that engineers face. FrankieOne is a global team, in this particular role you are expected to have at least 6 hours of overlapping working hours with AEDT/AEST timezone

.Responsibilitie

• s:Lead the development of high-quality web applications, ensuring they meet business requirements, are scalable, and adhere to best practice
• s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that software is developed to meet the needs of our user
• s.Refine and estimate user stories for implementatio
• n.Develop technical and architectural designs as required and present them to leadership for approva
• l.Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to best practice
• s.Maintain the software quality standards via unit testing, system integration testing via the prescribed automated system
• s.Maintain the security and integrity of the code, the build pipelines and dependencie
• s.Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture, design, implementation and traini
• ngParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to improve overall code qualit
• y.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer engineer
• s.Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend improvements to our development processes and toolchai

s.Requiremen

• ts:5 plus years experience in software engineering teams in an Agile environm
• ent2 plus years experience in refining stories and mentoring mid /junior engine
• ers1 plus years presenting architecture designs for approval to a leaders and pe
• ersMinimum of 5 years working with Javascr
• iptMinimum of 3 years working with Typescr
• iptAt least 3 years building consumer-facing services in reactive JS frameworks such as React (along with React Native for web preferr
