Your mission as a Senior Marketing Designer (m/f/d)
We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team. You'll be a key player in developing and executing our visual content strategy, creating engaging and effective marketing materials across all channels. You'll have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality work that drives results. You will report directly to the Global Brand Marketing Lead.
What you’ll be doing
- Conceptualise and design a wide range of marketing assets, including:
- Website graphics and landing pages
- Social media content (static and animated)
- Email marketing templates and campaigns
- Digital advertising creatives
- Sales collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Event materials (booth designs, signage, etc.)
- Video assets (storyboards, motion graphics)
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Build scalable processes, tooling and best practices to enable the broader organisation (marketing, sales, customer success teams) to produce large volumes of content, at scale and a high level of quality
- Collaborate closely with the various marketing teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our brand identity
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You will thrive in this role if
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and digital media
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including examples of successful marketing campaigns
- Expert proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of design principles (typography, layout, colour theory, composition)
- Experience designing for a variety of marketing channels (web, social media, email, print)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
