What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop tools to support implementation and reduce overall implementation timelines
  • Document and maintain technical configuration documentation of the application
  • Collaborate with application consultants and business analysts to create technical configuration documentation for client implementations
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and work with the team to resolve them efficiently
  • Conduct testing and validation of configured software to ensure it meets client requirements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new methodologies and systems
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities or tasks simultaneously
  • Extensive SQL and PowerShell knowledge
  • Valid passport and driver’s license, with the ability to travel internationally
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with local government utility billing applications or other financial applications
  • Proven experience in creating detailed technical documentation and reports
  • Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management methodologies
  • Experience with enterprise-level software solutions and their configuration
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
