We are the Microsoft 365 Content Team, and we manage one of the largest help and learning sites in the world. Our content serves half a billion visitors a month and plays a crucial role in helping our customers succeed with Microsoft’s products and services. Our diverse global team is constantly innovating and trying new things, so a natural curiosity and willingness to learn will help you thrive in this rapidly changing discipline. As a Content PM, you’ll be managing the content strategy, quality, and delivery for multiple products on the support.microsoft.com site. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and build an internal community of content contributors. You’ll define a rhythm of business to keep everyone informed and drive for results. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, content best practices, and analytics.
