To strengthen our team, I’m looking for a driven and experienced Product Owner who is ready to take ownership of their area, collaborate with a talented team of engineers, and help shape the future of our platform.Your role

  • Craft the future together: You'll work with your team to develop a vision and roadmap for your area of responsibility and align it with the overall company roadmap.
  • Holistic thinking: You’ll be responsible for maintaining and prioritising the Product Backlog, ensuring it is always aligned with strategic and technical goals.
  • Drive agile progress: You'll be part of the entire agile development process, ensuring continuous progress and making necessary adjustments together with other roles, such as Agile Coaches and Chapter Leads.
  • Create added value: You'll understand the needs of our users and stakeholders from various business areas and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Think strategically: You'll keep the big picture in mind and ensure that dependencies between teams are considered during roadmap planning.
  • Bridge Business and Tech: You'll communicate clearly and confidently in both the customer domain and the world of modern software development.
Your qualifications
  • Strong background: You've already gained experience as a Product Owner and see yourself as a bridge between business and technology.
  • Be on the pulse: You're skilled at prioritising customer needs and requirements, while also keeping the overall strategy and technological modernisation in focus.
  • Champion team collaboration: You can effectively collaborate with a team of engineers, understanding their needs and ensuring that technical requirements are addressed.
  • Embrace change with confidence: You can handle a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing conditions.
  • Techy Touch: You're not afraid of conflicting requirements and know techniques to manage and resolve them.
  • See the bigger picture: You thrive in an environment where platform dependencies between teams play a role, and you understand the importance of thinking beyond local perspectives.
  • Language skills: You're fluent in German and English at a professional level.
