This role, sitting in our product organization, plays a dual purpose of supporting sales in large-deal opportunities as well as providing industry-specific insights to the product line leaders to advocate for ideal retail-specific outcomes. In the sales-support work you will influence different personas among the buying team. The influence targets gatekeepers, decision makers, and approvers in deals requiring budget commitment, cross-departmental agreement, or significant change management. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, either in a retailer or in a supporting organization such as a consultancy focused on retailers
• A deep understanding and knowledge of logistics processes in retail
• Deep understanding of the retail industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong network in European FMCG & Retail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving retail operations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluent German and very high level English is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.
