About the Role: The Senior Data Analyst will play an integral part in positioning East West Hospitality for continued success in the future. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in the development, improvement, and maintenance of data-driven decision-making through advanced data analysis and visualization tools, primarily using Snowflake SQL, modern BI tool, dbt, GitHub. You will help shape company-wide analytics and lead efforts to create data-driven insights and support decision-making across the organization, working closely with stakeholders from multiple departments. You’ll help support the evolution of a robust and scalable analytics platform. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in ambiguity, own and execute multiple concurrent deliverables (both hands-on as an individual contributor and by mentoring and guiding the team) while working effectively with executive leaders and stakeholders across the company. You’ll ensure all stakeholder analytics needs are met in a repeatable and scalable way, while planning, delivering, and evolving our data management and reporting environment to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business and driving actionable insights that make a real impact on our business. We’re looking for someone excited about driving positive business impact through data! This is both a technical and informal technical leadership role: expect to be involved at all levels of projects. Key objectives: Reports To: Director of Data Science and Analytics Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 depending on work location and experience.
