Performs detailed requirements analysis, documents processes, and performs user acceptance in order to understand the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution. Ability to update workflows, consult with internal customers to analyze, design, develop and maintain the technical application systems to support business needs.If you are located in Minnesota or Wisconsin, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary ResponsibilitiesPrinciple Responsibilities - Analysis and documentation

  • Identifies and defines business requirements
  • Constructs workflow charts and diagrams
  • Validates resource requirements and under direct supervision develops cost estimate models
  • Manages primarily routine requirement conflicts and escalates more complex requirement conflicts to senior level staff
Principle Responsibilities - Customer management and support
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Implements, tests, and deploys solutions to business problems
  • Supports business transition and helps to establish change
Principle Responsibilities - Project management
  • Participates on project teams, develops project plans, and monitors project performance
  • Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Key Position Details
  • Remote with occasional onsite support needed
  • Must be a resident of MN or WI to work remotely
  • Full time, benefit eligible position

  • 1+ years of experience with data analysis and process improvement
  • 1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices
  • 1+ years of experience with Epic
  • Proven experience with patient access
  • Proficiency using MS Excel (advanced formulas, XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Proven experience with patient access (this could include experience with prior authorization, referrals processing, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, benefit collections and Good Faith Estimates, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 + years of experience in an associate business analyst role or related field
