About the job

Are you looking to join a company that is experiencing high growth? Do you want to be a pioneer in an industry that is at the forefront of digital transformation? If so, keep reading - this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

About L2L:

L2L is on a mission to empower workers to manufacture better together. The Connected Workforce Software market is exploding, and L2L is at the forefront, providing software that enables manufacturing facilities to drive efficiency and productivity across the plant floor. Our modern technology provides real-time visibility and action-driving tools that enable the entire workforce to systematically identify and solve problems, and provides workers with the personalized information they need to do their best work. L2L thereby improves overall equipment effectiveness, reduces unplanned downtime, and ensures managers have the insights they need to make better decisions.

L2L is backed by M33 Growth, a growth-focused private equity firm in Boston Massachusetts that provides both capital and resources to develop already-great businesses into market leaders.

Mission:

Drive increased visibility across the L2L business by consolidating and analyzing the data from the different teams/sources, and using it to make data-driven decisions that scale the go-to-market (“GTM”) strategy and overall business.

You will be a key player of L2L’s GTM team, analyzing data and providing data-driven insights to support the day-to-day decision-making of the leadership team.

Key Outcomes:

  • Outcome one: Evaluate the current L2L datasets (e.g., HubSpot, Excel) and contribute to the creation of an action plan to standardize business reporting and KPIs across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
  • Outcome two: Develop recurring analyses to report on GTM performance across Marketing, Sales, and Services, providing insights that inform go-forward strategy and action.
  • Outcome three: Perform ad hoc analyses for the GTM and leadership teams, including market analyses, account territory analyses and planning, and financial analyses that provide strategic direction to the business.

The Role:

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in supporting our GTM and leadership teams by ensuring accurate and timely reporting and contributing to enhanced visibility across the business. Partnering with our Chief of Staff, you will work closely with leadership to implement data-driven strategies, processes, and tools that accelerate the business.

You will be responsible for maintaining a single source of truth for GTM and company data. By partnering with the Chief of Staff, you will help identify the most impactful metrics and analyses to the business, and standardize the reporting process to create visibility and insights that drive company strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • KPI Reporting: Report on key metrics across Marketing, Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, and Finance. Centralize the visibility of these metrics across departments.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on key Sales metrics and provide actionable insights that inform Sales strategy.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop accurate Sales forecasts and quotas.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Utilize data to provide analysis and insights into strategic opportunities for the business.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the utilization and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, investment banking, or a related role.
  • Familiarity and interest in SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Ability to work in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology (ideally Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong candidates will be self-starters with an eagerness to learn and contribute from day one. We highly value people who are humble, coachable, and deliver results. At L2L, we are focused on empowering our clients, and our team, by working together.
