Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Remote working within the UK

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

Salary: Circa £38k per annum

Employment: Full-time / Fixed Term (12 months) for maternity cover

We are now seeking a motivated and talented Financial Analyst to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing critical business intelligence to support our finance and business teams in driving performance. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and delivering actionable insights to help increase sales productivity and improve overall business outcomes. The experience and skills required for this role:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and provide insights that improve business performance.
  • Experience with KPI reporting, particularly in sales and e-commerce environments.
  • Evidence of process improvement and data accuracy in reporting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Experience with CRM systems for data analysis and export.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
