About The Role

The Product Owner will collaborate with relevant stakeholders and development team members to oversee the complete product lifecycle, from feature planning through implementation and launch. This role will emphasize the execution of the product roadmap and fulfillment of product support needs for the development team. The ideal candidate will act as a product expert in their designated area and work closely with their team to develop the right functionality efficiently.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems

- Strong plus: experience in an Agile development environment

- Strong plus: familiarity with practice management or other healthcare software

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and designers to translate high-level plans into detailed requirements for development projects

- Create comprehensive tickets, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria

- Manage project plans and SDLC to achieve product release goals in a Kanban development setting

- Provide internal support for the team's areas of ownership

- Prioritize backlog to ensure a consistent workflow for the development team

- Validate product updates to confirm all requirements are satisfied

- Lead and engage in Agile ceremonies and team meetings

- Coordinate feature release communications and technical documentation

- Maintain consistent communication with key team members and manage communication channels

- Adapt to perform various duties as needed
