How will this role have an impact?The Product Manager, Member Experience will support initiatives to continue upgrading our online video visit product and transform how Signify uses digital technology to manage in-home and online service encounters for over 3 million Americans and 10,000 clinicians per year. This role will oversee efforts to improve member readiness, optimize the video visit, and improve enterprise readiness. It will also support an initiative to enable online queueing, real-time matching of members and patients, and hybrid (e.g., on-site and remote) visit types. This latter initiative will help improve member access to Signify services in underserved areas while also optimizing clinician network utilization. This role will work closely with the Director of Technical Product Management, assisting in the discovery phase and the creation of product requirements. This role will also work closely with a staff engineer responsible for developing the software architecture and POCs.Specific Responsibilities Include - Product strategy support
- Support defining and executing the product vision and strategy
- Aid in creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the vision
- Aid in business case creation and performance monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Plans, develops and owns workstreams for pilots (e.g., IT pre-check) that enhance the member experience and help achieve goals
- Incorporate feature requests and develops user stories and acceptance criteria.
- User experience focus
- Help conduct user testing for proposed solutions and early technical prototypes
- Support efforts to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, collaborating with UX designers
- Program management
- Assist in communicating product plans, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Support the management of roadmap of scrum team to deliver MVP solution for digital queueing and hybrid visit types, and inform/influence roadmaps of adjacent development teams
- Manage relationships with third party service providers used in our online video visit services
- Help ensure the product complies with healthcare regulations
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with senior leaders within the technology and product organizations to effectively deliver on product and application development
- Collaborate with analytics to measure and support all activities
- This person will accomplish these tasks through deep interactions with a broad range of Signify employees across the functions involved with the development and commercialization of Signify Health’s products. They will also be expected to lead a wide range of externally-focused activities including establishing and maintaining active relationships with key customers, monitoring the competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
- This person will support putting in place the processes, tools, and operating mechanisms required of a strong customer and market data backed product management organization with clear business objectives and rationales as well as a strong product management and execution discipline.
- Demonstrated business acumen, customer focus, and a strong track record supporting teams that have successfully managed high growth portfolios of products and services are essential to the success of this position.
- This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management for Member Experience
We Are Looking For Someone With - Experience in developing products and leading teams in healthcare provider support, medical safety and/or provider network operations.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience with product development and/or commercialization.
- Familiarity with online health services, telemedicine platforms, or patient engagement solutions is a plus.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience working in startup environments or high-growth companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively as a peer with other senior functional managers including Technology, Strategy, Clinical, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience with financial modeling or data analysis skills. Ability to build and analyze financial models to forecast and track results.
- Must have excellent communication skills including oral, written and presentation techniques with varied internal and external audiences, including technical and non-technical
The base salary hiring range for this position is $74,700 to $130,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
