  • Develop and execute direct sales strategies to drive new business
  • Identify and target potential clients in the bar and restaurant industry
  • Perform extensive prospecting, outreach, and lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Advise on and implement effective sales strategies without requiring micromanagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Be accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Document all sales activities in CRM systems
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on direct outreach and prospecting
  • Extensive experience using email, LinkedIn, and phone for prospecting and lead generation
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing prospects and tracking sales activities
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
