• B2C cold calling prospective clients
• Fact-finding and rapport-building over the telephone
• Management of CRM
• Ensuring all notes are accurate on the system
• Managing callbacks effectively
• Pipeline management
• Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
• Meet personal targets set
• Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients
• Office Hours Only 8 am until 8 pm GMT on a rotating shift basis.

• The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2C Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, a structured approach, and strong objection-handling skills.
• You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport. You will also have strong influencing skills, be a team player, and be able to shine as an individual.

For our homeworking roles, you are expected to have experience working from home and adequate office space available.
