We believe in offering a consultative approach,driven by understanding and addressing the unique needs and desires of both clients andcandidatesRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, youwill be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developinga robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving the growth of our financial recruitment business.You will work with warm prospects and play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fillinglive vacancies with high-quality candidates.Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling Warm Prospects:
○ Engage with over 200 new prospects each month.○ Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients sourced from variouschannels.○ Understand the recruitment needs of each prospect and position ourservices effectively.
  • Generating a Pipeline:
○ Identify and qualify new business opportunities.○ Maintain a consistent flow of prospects through effective relationship-building andfollow-up strategies.○ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospectingto recruitment.
  • Processing Calls:
○ Convert prospect calls into actionable follow-ups or live vacancies.○ Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up-to-date records in our CRMsystem.○ Schedule follow-up meetings and ensure continuous engagement with potentialclients.
  • Client Management:
○ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.○ Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.○ Act as a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
Previous experience in B2B salesTelesalesUK Recruitment Sales will be great but is not a must haveSomeone who considers themselves a top-biller would do well with usBenefits
  • 15 days annual leave allowance, in addition to UK and South African bank holidays.
  • Uncapped commission structure based on the achievement of key performance
indicators (KPIs).
  • Annual discretionary bonus.
  • Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm UK time.
