In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Nextdoor, Facebook, and Instagram. You'll also mentor a small team, ensuring our strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of paid ad specialists.
• Analyze campaign data to drive continuous improvement.
• Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
• Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends to refine campaign strategies.

Who We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of digital paid advertising experience within an agency setting.
• Strong managerial skills, including team and project management.
• Experience managing 15+ client accounts.
• Proficient in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Healthcare Marketing Experience is a plus, but not required.
