MUST BE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICATHIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant(PA/VA) to manage personal administrative tasks and provide support for our recruitmentactivities.This remote role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability tomultitask across both personal and business functions. The ideal candidate will assist withthe day-to-day management of personal tasks as well as help streamline and support therecruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, experience in recruitmentprocesses is advantages.Key Responsibilities:Personal Administration:● Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage personal and businesscalendars, ensuring appointments, meetings, and personal errands are organizedefficiently.● Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate through my travel partner to organise business travelarrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itinerary management.● Email Correspondence Management: Handle personal and business emails (includingLinkedIn messaging), responding on behalf of the employer where necessary and organizingthe inbox to prioritize urgent matters. Creation of email folders and structure needed.● Document Preparation: Prepare, organize, and file important personal documents,contracts, and presentations.Recruitment Support:● Job Posting; Candidate Sourcing: Assist with drafting and posting job advertisementsacross various platforms, and proactively source candidates to build a talent pool.● Screening and Scheduling Interviews: Support the recruitment team by reviewing resumes,conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuringseamless coordination.● Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) orrecruitment databases to ensure all candidate data is accurate and up to date.● Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, providing updatesand handling inquiries during the recruitment process.● Reference Checks and Offer Coordination: Assist in conducting background/referencechecks and facilitate offer letters and candidate onboarding.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, VirtualAssistant, or in recruitment support roles.● Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyacross personal and recruitment duties.● Strong Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills, with theability to handle correspondence for both personal and recruitment matters.● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruitmentplatforms or ATS tools (e.g., Workable, BambooHR). Familiarity with communicationtools like Zoom, Slack, or Teams.● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managingschedules, documents, and recruitment tasks.● Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive personal and recruitment information withthe utmost discretion.● Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and able to take initiative to anticipate needs andresolve issues efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:● Prior experience in both personal assistant and recruitment support roles.● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.BenefitsFully Remote WorkingInternational ExposureA salary between the range of R15 000-R17 000
