The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will lead onsite-delivery and implement Red Hat technology that brings long-term freedom, flexibility, choice, and exceptional performance to our customers. You’ll gain an understanding of customer infrastructures and business needs and make recommendations fitting for each of our customer's unique situations. As a Consultant, you will also need solid technical and communications skills, including familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, or similar product solution and cloud technologies and a record of successfully applying these technologies to solve business problems.What You Will Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to conduct a design workshop
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to work in collaboration with the SA (Presale) and account manager to identify customer requirements, use case, pain points to conclude the customer requirements to final scope of work to propose to the customer.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to work in collaboration with the SA (Presale) and account manager to identify customer requirements, use cases, pain points and design appropriate architecture solutions to the customer together with the Solution Architect (presale) team.
  • Onsite or Remote Implement/deployment Red Hat Products Solution/Technology
  • Work on diverse problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of many different factors
  • Apply your experience and understanding of industry practices and Red Hat's policies and procedures
  • Show good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to get the right solutions
  • Manage and engage with senior-level stakeholders at the C-level and one level below
  • Get involved early in the sales cycle to explore, review, and shape deal opportunities
What You Will Bring
  • Primary skill is a container platform for design architecture and implementation/configuration
  • 3+ years of experience designing and configuring any Container Platform, others Cloud Technology (private, public, hybrid and multi cloud), OpenStack, OpenSource Products/Technology, experience on Red Hat product/solution is an advantage/a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in any container platforms for design, implementation and configuration, experienced in Red Hat OpenShift container platform is an advantage/a plus.
  • Strong knowledge on Infrastructure related i.e network, security, storage, database and others
  • Good knowledge on others open source which equivalent to OpenShift(Container Platform), OpenStack Platform, CEPH, SiteScope, Ansible, middleware products is an advantage/a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand/use automation tools and configuration management languages like Puppet, Chef, Red Hat Ansible Automation, and Bash is an advantage/ a plus
  • Experienced on CI/CD and DevOps processes is an advantage/ a plus
  • Ability to understand technical challenges of the cloud technology and ability to demonstrate how certain cloud functionality will solve business challenges
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia (ASEAN).
