Your mission
Join our dynamic marketing team in the iGaming industry as a Google Ads Manager. You will develop and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive First Time Deposits (FTDs) for our partners, optimizing performance and leveraging data-driven insights. Location: Malta - relocation required
As part of the relocation process, guidance from the HR team will be granted and a package to support the costs will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies tailored to drive First Time Deposits (FTDs) for partners in the iGaming industry;
- Conduct rigorous keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that attract potential depositors;
- Create and optimize ad campaigns across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and YouTube, to maximize visibility and engagement;
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, to ensure effective FTD generation;
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective combinations for driving FTDs;
- Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure the impact of campaigns on FTDs and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with the target audience;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and Google Ads policies to maintain a competitive edge;
- Manage and optimize budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve FTD goals;
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments likely to convert into FTDs;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or account management in a timely manner;
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the iGaming market and customer behavior to inform advertising strategies.
Requirements
Must Have
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the iGaming or affiliate marketing sectors;
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and YouTube advertising;
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive campaign optimization;
- Ability to conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis;
- Experience with A/B testing and ad creative optimization;
- Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking) to measure campaign effectiveness;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations in the iGaming industry.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken;
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads (e.g., Google Ads Certification);
- Experience with additional digital marketing channels beyond Google Ads;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
- Creativity in developing engaging ad copies and visuals;
- Established relationships with media partners and affiliates in the iGaming space;
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads updates.
