• Over 5 years of experience as a technical lead or solutions architect, focusing on designing and building scalable systems
• Proven ability to create effective solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments, including clear architectural diagrams
• Experience with the .NET ecosystem and Microsoft technologies, including Azure
• Solid understanding of information security (e.g., cryptography, identity management) and experience with non-functional requirements (e.g., observability, security and performance)
• Experience documenting architectural decisions using Architectural Decision Records (ADR)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
