Work with warm leads, nurture them, and convert them into premium-priced paying members through phone, email, and digital marketing channels.
- Lead Generation and Engagement: Identify and engage with senior executives who fit the target profile using email outreach, calls, and LinkedIn engagement to drive pipeline growth.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing members to ensure a positive membership experience, driving both retention and growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM data, including customer notes, sales activities, and prospect development. Report on key performance indicators such as outreach activity, sales cycle performance, and results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure the smooth onboarding of new members.
What Success Looks Like: - Growth in Membership: Meet or exceed established sales goals by successfully converting warm leads into paying members.
- Effective Lead Engagement: Proactively engage with leads using digital channels, telephone, and LinkedIn, resulting in an expanded sales pipeline and higher conversion rates.

- Accurate CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM, ensuring smooth sales reporting and efficient prospect tracking.
Qualifications: - Experience: 3+ years of experience in an inside sales or business development role, with a strong track record of converting warm leads into clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital marketing.
- Executive Engagement: Proven ability to engage with and build relationships with senior executives, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of a premium service.
- Lead Generation Skills: Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities, with a proactive "hunter" mentality, even when working with warm leads.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions and build rapport with senior executives.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales reporting tools to track sales activities and performance metrics.
