Senior Pre-sales Engineer


Job Description:


As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer at Mainstreaming, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof of concepts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our CDN solutions, providing technical guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our video streaming solutions.
  • Present technical information to customers and prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  • Conduct technical assessments of customer environments to determine the suitability of our solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Tenders.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and management of PoCs to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills:


  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Pre-sales engineering or technical sales role, working with Enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CDN technologies, video streaming protocols, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in the on-demand and live video streaming industry is preferred.
  • Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
