We are looking for a talented Web Developer on a contract basis to help us build and maintain a high-performance website that drives engagement, optimizes job application workflows, and integrates seamlessly with their marketing and ATS systems.Job Overview:As a contract Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating a seamless, user-friendly experience on the website. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform drives candidate and client engagement, optimizes job applications, and supports business growth through integrations, automation, and conversion optimization.Key Responsibilities:Website Development & Maintenance: Build and manage a custom-designed website that integrates with ATS, job boards, and social media platforms, ensuring a clean, intuitive experience for both job seekers and employers.Job Board & Search Functionality: Implement a searchable job board with easy-to-use filters, drop-downs, and integration with ATS for real-time job updates.Application Workflows: Design and optimize application processes, including one-click application options, multi-step workflows, and conditional logic to enhance candidate conversion.Social & Job Board Distribution: Enable easy sharing of job postings to social networks and distribute job listings to free and paid job boards with integrated UTM tracking.Candidate Portal & Alerts: Create a logged-in experience for candidates to save jobs, set alerts, and receive notifications via email and SMS.& Reporting: Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics to monitor traffic, conversions, and source performance, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.Compliance & Security: Ensure the site meets ADA accessibility standards and data privacy regulations. Manage security, backups, and hosting for peace of mind.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a focus on building and maintaining custom websites.Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including experience with integrations (ATS, job boards, social media).Experience with conversion optimization strategies and implementing job application workflows.Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.Understanding of data privacy laws and ADA compliance.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus.Familiarity with automating job postings and integrations with Google for Jobs.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
