About The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Learning Experience Designer to join an expanding Customer Success team. In this role, the selected candidate will be an integral part of the training team, reporting directly to the Training Lead.

The individual will work closely with the Training Lead to enhance the overall training experience, creating dynamic and engaging content for end-users while tracking the effectiveness of these initiatives. Additionally, collaboration with internal experts will ensure that training materials are impactful and clinically relevant and drive high adoption of the platform.

How will you contribute?

- Develop high-quality training content in diverse formats for primarily asynchronous delivery.

- Collaborate on help center and reference materials to ensure an exceptional post-launch experience for end users.

- Master the features and functionality of the platform to delight customers.

- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts from Customer Success, Implementation, Clinical Marketing, and Product teams to create and deliver top-notch training materials.

- Maintain and update training content to ensure relevance and alignment with current product needs.

- Partner with the Training Lead on project timelines, tasks, and rollout plans to keep customers on track and on schedule.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Technology, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in training content development or equivalent with a SaaS product, with a strong preference for those with healthcare technology experience.

- Experience in planning, writing, developing, and editing content across various formats including video, presentation, self-guided learning, and help content.

- Proven experience in implementing innovative learning and development solutions within a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced knowledge of Instructional Design best practices and techniques.

- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders.

- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and communicate expediently.

- Strong project management skills, including managing details and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.

- Creative problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel (10%).

Some nice-to-haves are

- Interest and passion for the Healthcare/Behavioral Health world.

- Experience with GSuite, including Google Forms.

- Graphic or visual design experience.

- The base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
