About The Role

Your mission will be to work alongside our Customer Success Managers and support them by providing necessary information, reports, creating documentation and keeping it up to date. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, and a great communicator with a mix of curiosity and passion along with a drive for results. You will support Planet customers through their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals for our high volume-low touch accounts. You will also be part of a cross functional team working to improve Planet data quality by analyzing trends in data cleanliness.

Impact You’ll Own

• Assist our Global Customer Success team in different customer-related activities
• Interact with end users and provide requested information
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to resolve customer related issues
• Support internal workflows and prepare documentation
• Generate usage reports for customers and track project progress
• Become familiar with Planet’s products and use cases
  
  

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge or an interest in remote sensing or/and GIS industry
• Enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience with Google docs, MS Office products or similar
• Tech savvy: able to learn new software without much instruction
• Self-starter who works on own initiative with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
• Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with GIS and image processing software
• Experience with API and Python (pandas, NumPy), Google BigQuery
• Data analysis experience
• Experience in written communication with customers
• Knowledge of database management tools
• Experience with CRM Software like Salesforce.com
• Preferred Location: working from our Berlin Office
