Job Requirements

• The skill set required is moderately niche, with strong demand for experts in payment processing and credit card/billing solutions, particularly those proficient in specialised systems like Way4.
• Given the high demand for expertise in payment systems and credit card processing, consider sourcing candidates with prior experience in fintech or financial services who have a strong grasp of both product development and technical implementation.
• We should consider candidates who are skilled in similar systems but can quickly adapt to Way4 to widen the candidate pool effectively.
  
  

Must Haves

• Strong technical aptitude paired with experience working in the payments industry.
• Experience with, or the proven ability to quickly learn payment platforms. Within Way4 as it will be the core system for operations in this role.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid experience in collaborating across product and engineering teams, with a track record of supporting end-to-end product development processes.
