Rapid Global Growth (RGG), the innovative force powering successful e-commerce brands like Puffy, is seeking an exceptional Senior UI Designer to join our marketing team in Dubai. As a Senior UI Designer, you will focus on creating visually compelling and highly functional UI designs, contributing to the overall user experience on Puffy.com. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and developers to drive user-centered design improvements that directly impact business KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital marketers and stakeholders to design and implement UI solutions that optimize the user experience and drive performance improvements.
- Make informed, data-driven design decisions, placing the customer at the center of every solution.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the seamless execution of design solutions.
- Create and deliver design assets such as wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and A/B test variations.
- Analyze session replays, heat maps, and site analytics to understand user behavior and continuously refine design strategies.
- Proactively identify and prioritize design opportunities using data insights and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of UI design experience in digital products and services.
- Expertise in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proven experience in designing high-converting landing pages with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed, user-centered design decisions.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and attention to detail.
