The platform incorporates scheduling, live tracking, safety processes, and valuable data collection and analysis for optimisation of projects and future planning.Post the rollout of the first version of Veyor's scheduling board on Sydney's tallest residential skyscraper construction project in 2018, the platform has been adopted by all leading top tier builders in Australia and New Zealand and is now growing into the US market.We are now hiring talent to join our well-funded, fast-growing tech business with a strong, experienced team.The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Finance Leader to drive the financial growth and operational efficiency of our rapidly scaling global business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will take full ownership of the finance function, setting up scalable structures and best practices while managing finance operations across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly reporting and investor reporting, providing insights on metrics to support decision-making.
  • Streamline reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of systems, such as Xero, Salesforce, Chargebee, and HR platforms (Gusto, Deel), ensuring cohesive workflows across billing, and reporting.
  • Set up transfer pricing for US operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and adapting to US GAAP standards as needed.
  • Support the company’s growth by establishing financial structures for US invoicing.
  • Automate and improve finance workflows, to enhance efficiency and continuity in financial processes. Evaluate and adjust current systems to support scalability.
  • Oversee financial activities for multiple global entities, including future setup in Indonesia, and manage cross-functional teams across Australia, the US, and the UK, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support fundraising by delivering reliable financial insights and fostering ongoing investor engagement, ultimately positioning finance as a strategic partner in growth.
Ideal Profile
  • You possess a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Accounting or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA
  • You are proficient in accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, etc., and have solid knowledge of IFRS.
  • You have demonstrated experience in setting up financial structures and driving automation.
  • You have experience managing global entities, ideally in a scaling environment.
  • You also have proficiency in financial analysis, transfer pricing, compliance, and SaaS metrics, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to lead change.
  • You are a driven, forward-thinking, hands-on leader prepared to scale the finance function, drive best practices, and build a strong team.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
