We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Services Development Specialist to join our team and lead initiatives that expand our services through strategic global partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in digital marketing, product communication, and international business. If you're passionate about market research, process optimization, and building cross-border collaborations, we invite you to apply and play a key role in shaping our global digital footprint.

Daily activities:

Supporting sales growth:

  • Collaborating with representatives in international markets to identify new business opportunities.
  • Engaging in discussions with sales teams to address objections and optimize products.
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for our digital services.

Market and competition analysis:

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Providing recommendations to influence the development of our strategies in the areas of websites, performance marketing, and SEO.

Process optimization:

  • Closely working with internal teams to streamline processes that improve service quality and profitability.
  • Implementing optimizations in service delivery and client communication.

Product communication:

  • Acting as an intermediary between the Digital Department and other departments to ensure consistent product communication.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop communication strategies that meet market needs.

International partnerships:

  • Building partnerships with foreign agencies and entities to expand our services into new markets.
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and managing partnerships in international markets.

Requirements:

  • Strong business skills and experience in developing sales and international cooperation.
  • Ability to analyse the market and competition and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish.
  • Familiarity with basic internet marketing tools (performance, SEO, etc.) and experience working with clients in these areas.
  • Knowledge of website creation for clients – understanding of project processes, basic knowledge of UX/UI, and experience in collaborating with project teams.
  • Experience working abroad or preferably residing permanently outside of Poland.
