About the Role A Senior Product Operations Manager is sought to join the team at the hiring company. This role involves significant responsibility in developing and managing programs and projects within the Product team. By collaborating closely with Product Managers, the individual will lead essential initiatives, including operational workflow optimization, roadmap planning, and product review. Efforts will be directed toward fostering organizational clarity through the establishment and enhancement of effective processes. This position is a 4-month contract. You Will - Develop and implement best practices; Create and maintain operational programs, frameworks, and best practices to promote effective communication, alignment, and decision-making across teams. - Own the roadmap planning process and its deliverables. Develop systems to assist PMs in consolidating inputs from varied sources, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities with leadership. - Establish an operating cadence within the product team to track and report progress on the roadmap and business outcomes to various stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering stakeholders to plan and execute both large-scale initiatives and more narrowly defined projects. - Build efficient processes to ensure that timelines, objectives, and expectations are clearly defined. Preferred Skills - 6+ years of demonstrated success in managing product operation programs in a high-growth environment. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-oriented atmosphere. - Startup experience is a plus!
