The ideal candidate will be a skilled data professional with strong technical abilities and excellent communication skills. This role will involve analyzing data, deriving actionable insights, and working directly with clients to implement cutting-edge analytics solutions.Key Responsibilities - Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define problem statements, and communicate results and recommendations.
- Data Analysis: Perform exhaustive exploratory analyses, transform data into usable forms using techniques such as normalization, aggregation, and feature engineering.
- Model Development: Build statistical and predictive models to assist in better business decision-making, including QA testing and deployment collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality checks and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Business Development: Contribute analytical expertise to proposals and solution development.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in data analytics with practical exposure to building predictive models
- Skills:
- Strong Python and SQL programming abilities
- Analytical thinking with robust problem structuring and solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Other: Must be authorized to work for any employer within the US
- Travel: Up to 10% based on client needs
Preferred Qualifications - Financial Services or Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
- Exposure to PySpark
- Neural Network experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Machine learning model development experience (Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, RNN, CNN, LSTM)
- Experience in Model governance and deployment
