• Work closely with the development team to define and establish a shared vision for UX/UI design
• Participate and conduct user research to get input on designs and concepts
• Use the necessary tools and you strive for high standards
• Keen eye for visual quality and a good understanding of the design basics
• Collaborate with fellow designers to create and maintain a unified user interface and experience throughout the entire customer journey.
• Iterate on ideas and feedback together with the team
• Contribute with your expertise to the continuous development in an agile environment

The Successful Applicant

• Deep understanding of UX/UI design, acquired through at least three years of experience
• Demonstrated history of close collaboration with software development and product teams
• Proficient in design tools, with a particular emphasis on Figma
• Strong skills in UI design and a solid understanding of web app interaction patterns
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of AI technologies
• High level of initiative, excellent communication skills, independent and goal-oriented working manner
• Excellent English communication skills
