It is the cornerstone of our passionate drive to provide essential healthcare services to an important contingent of our senior population.Ideal candidates have a health insurance license to sell policies in one or more states, with good communication skills and the ability to sell themselves. Full equipment is provided, and we are offering a competitive base salary plus unlimited commissions with training taking around seven weeks to complete before building up commissions.Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Educate prospects on the innovative ways to capture additional insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory that may be little or no cost to the subscriber.
- Create a regular cadence of calls to connect and keep in contact with prospects and others influencing their healthcare decisions.
- Utilize best practices in sales and education guidelines to help maximize the conversion of prospects to the appropriate policies.
- Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues from calls/customers to ensure the quality levels are maintained.
- Updates current database as needed to ensure resident and facility account information is up to date.
- Maintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the industry.
- Sell Medicare supplemental policies such as Vision, Dental, Audiology and Podiatry.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
RequirementsEducation & Experience - Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in selling supplemental policies is preferred i.e. Vision, Dental, Audiology, Podiatry.
- Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred.
- Experience making outbound calls successfully engaging with prospects.
- Languages:
- Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in secondary languages such as Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

Physical Effort & Working ConditionsWork is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
