Role Overview:As a Group Product Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping and managing the future of our consumer fintech products. This is a confidential position, responsible for managing a team of four Product Managers. You will lead the evolution of our flagship mobile trading app, focusing on incremental improvements to make it a world-class product. This role requires a strong fintech background, particularly in broader consumer financial services, rather than deep trading expertise.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 4 Product Managers, fostering growth and ensuring delivery of key product initiatives.
  • Own all facets of a product area, from crafting the vision and strategy to executing it.
  • Drive incremental improvements to a long-standing mobile trading app, ensuring it remains competitive and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Define OKRs for multiple teams and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners during product development to achieve these goals.
  • Identify, define, collect, and track key metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing product areas.
  • Balance and prioritize stakeholder objectives, securing buy-in for product development initiatives.
  • Drive the development of a multi-year product vision, crafting an overall product narrative and direction.
Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience taking products from conception to launch.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A user-focused approach with the ability to understand a wide range of user personas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new and potentially complex domains.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and driving forward the mission.
  • Proven ability to build products that are scalable, reliable, and mitigate key risks (e.g., reputational, market, legal, compliance, operational).
  • Experience bridging cryptocurrency and financial market concepts to develop innovative solutions.
  • Fintech experience, particularly with consumer-facing products such as mobile trading, financing, payments, or custody.
Preferred Background & Qualifications:
  • Experience managing teams in a fintech environment.
  • Experience building for institutional clients (e.g., corporates, asset managers, hedge funds, VCs) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the needs of financial services products, including trading, financing, payments, or custody.
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Full-time offers include a target bonus and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision.
