As a Senior Product Manager you will work with the platform team to provide a unified experience, unified governance, enable a unified business model and a unified architecture. The platform team works on administration and governance-related features that drive enterprise capabilities such as feature management, APIs, security, auditing, self-serve monitoring, and access control. These capabilities empower customers to manage complex data environments with robust security policies, automate data governance, and ensure seamless monitoring and control over data assets at scale.We do not just value differences or different perspectives. • Deliver a world-class product with exceptional user experience to our customers on time
• Create clarity on the product vision, roadmap, and plan
• Define, drive and track success criteria and performance metrics such as engagement, usage, profitability etc. and incorporate into planning and execution
• Work with stakeholders to deliver success across the customer, product, and business
• Work with customers to understand their pain points and make them successful
• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver new value in our product and across Microsoft’s products
• Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, collaboration, and customer focus

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
