J. Keller Digital Commerce sites. These enhancements aim to boost user engagement and achieve online billing and marketing objectives. Additionally, this role involves defining and launching new digital products and services, as well as developing and executing marketing growth plans. Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing critical issues, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the vision, understanding the competitive landscape, and working with internal teams to improve the site experience and drive business growth. This role can be remote, hybrid, or onsite if you reside near our corporate campus in Neenah, WI area.Job Responsibilities - Leads, develops, and coaches team:
- Provides clear expectations, feedback, and recognition
- Participates in the hiring/selection process
- Writes and conducts performance evaluations and progress reports
- Handles associate relations issues
- Delivers results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities:
- New product/service launch objectives
- Customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention targets
- Revenue and growth targets
- Lead generation targets
- Takes concepts from origination, through research, measurement and iteration.
- Leads the successful launch of assigned product/service offerings (concept deployment, life cycle management and applicable back-office system integrations).
- Engages with internal teams, and talks regularly with customers, to continuously improve the experiences on JJKeller.com and our J. J. Keller web properties.
- Leads development of customer journey maps and wireframes, along with associated documentation.
- Directs the marketing mix for assigned product/service offerings, including customer segmentation, channel mix, positioning, and product promotion and offer development within growth and profitability expectation.
- Utilizes web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and site experience analytics tools (Mouseflow, AB Tasty) to identify user trends, opportunities, customer pain points, as well as, quantify business impact to guide prioritization.
- Prioritizes enhancements to deliver the most value to customers and stakeholders.
- Provides input to help create an e-commerce site vision, strategy and roadmap that will drive growth, conversion and profitability of JJKeller.com.
- Owns relationships (selection, implementation, and management) of external software/service providers for Ecommerce website shopping tools.Facilitates decision-making, proposes alternative solutions and helps identify gaps.
- Partners closely with Development teams to deliver solutions that satisfy customer, business and technology goals.
- Develops and manages processes that transform business requirements into detailed product requirements, and leads cross functional teams in product definition and design.
- Partners with Content and other groups within the organization to leverage Corporate expertise in safety, compliance, and risk management to best serve customers and market needs.
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices related to web application design, including UI, usability, workflow and the overall end user experience.
- Provides input into A/B testing strategy and roadmap prioritization and aligns team members to execute an effective “inspect and adapt” approach to deliver business objectives.
- Participates in Corporate planning initiatives to support new and existing market opportunities.
- Collaborates with Marketing and Business Units to ensure a sustainable, competitive product/service line.
- Carries out responsibilities in a fair, ethical, and non-discriminatory manner and ensure that staff follows these same guidelines.

QualificationsExperience: - 5+ years of experience in a digital product management role in a related technology/service or product/industry. E-commerce experience a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- 2+ years of experience in working with user interface design resources and writing/reviewing product requirements.
- Experience working with sales, marketing and operations teams on new product launches or line extensions.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a Technology field.
Other Skills/Qualifications - Technical understanding of web applications and website UI design

Physical RequirementsWork is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
