We seek a talented and experienced Frontend Lead to join our team and take charge of our frontend development efforts. As a Frontend Lead at Drive lah, you will lead a team of frontend developers and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, ClojureScript, HTML, and CSS. You will play a hands-on role in frontend development while also providing technical leadership and guidance to your team members.Location: Fully RemoteKey Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive frontend applications using React, Next.js, ClojureScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, Webpack, etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure the quality and performance of front-end code through code reviews, testing, and optimization efforts.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the frontend team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development.
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, demonstrating excellence in frontend development skills and attention to detail.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to frontend team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Actively participate in recruitment efforts to attract top frontend talent and build a strong and cohesive team.
Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Javascript, React, Next.js, ClojureScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good experience in AWS, S3, Docker, Webpack, Automation Testing tools, Figma
- Proven track record of leading and managing front-end development teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
