Remote Micro-Nano Mechanical Surface Engineer (Chinese-Speaking)

Position Overview:We are looking for a Micro-Nano Mechanical Surface Engineer with a Master’s degree or higher and at least two years of experience in process integration and optimization. The role will focus on improving processes related to mechanical surface engineering.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless coordination between front-end and back-end processes to address any abnormalities.
• Compile MIL analysis reports on process defects and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of mechanical surface issues at various stages.
• Optimize process specifications and enhance consumable processing techniques.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in surface engineering and process improvement.
• Native Mandarin speaker with experience in the electronics industry (3C electronics)
• Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a knack for solving complex technical challenges.
• Passionate about innovation and dedicated to continuously improving processes to achieve better performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly present technical information.
• Eager to explore and implement new technologies and approaches in the field of surface engineering.
