The Developer Productivity Specialist Global Black Belt (GBB) is a customer-facing role with a strong sales and technical background with a focus on modern software development tools and practices.
As a GBB, you are regarded as a subject matter expert in Developer Productivity tools and practices and are a trusted advisor to software engineering and development leads within our enterprise customer segment. Customer engagements will require you to deliver technical thought leadership through ideation and architectural design sessions, technical workshops, pilots and MVPs to advance the decision process and increase the pipeline and adoption of our Developer Tools portfolio across GitHub and Microsoft, such as GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Advanced Security and Microsoft Dev Box.
This role sits in our Global Black Belt (GBB) organization, which is a team of highly specialized professionals within our Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions organization (MCAPS) who work with customers to enable some of the most complex and innovative solutions, providing differentiated technical leadership and guidance along the way.
This role will require travel to customer sites.
