- Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
