Tasks
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive conversions and leads.
- Stay updated on the latest features, trends, and updates in Google Ads, Meta, and SEO strategies.
- Implement effective keyword strategies tailored to lead generation, especially for industries like charter buses, black car services, and other service-based industries.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
- Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and creative strategies to identify what works best.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, improving organic search rankings, and driving organic growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure ad creatives are aligned with campaign goals.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other SEO/PPC platforms to assess campaign success and optimization opportunities.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns remain cost-efficient while maximizing returns.
- Monitor industry changes, competitors, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for campaign growth.
- Implement best practices for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and dynamic ads to increase conversion rates.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns, with demonstrated results in lead generation.
- Advanced understanding of Google Ads features (e.g., Smart Bidding, Responsive Search Ads), Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of keyword strategy, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns for service-based industries (e.g., charter services, black car services).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience in A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for better performance.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and dynamic ad setups on Meta and Google platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and budget management skills.
