Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Lead Management: Assist the CEO and COO in managing client relationships and leads, ensuring all client needs are met and leads are nurtured effectively.
- Creative Lead Generation: Execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Client Satisfaction & AI Agent Performance: Monitor and assess client satisfaction and AI agent performance, identifying areas for improvement and working with the team to implement necessary changes.
- AI Agent Implementation: Implement AI agents using templates and prompt engineering, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Optimization of Live Agents: Continuously apply optimisations and tests to live AI agents to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
- Pipeline Deployment: Organize and manage the deployment pipeline for AI agents, ensuring timely and efficient rollouts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all operational matters.
- Coordination with Product Team: Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and address client requirements, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- High Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with both the AI agent's performance and the overall service provided.
- Efficient Pipeline Management: Successfully manage the AI agent pipeline, ensuring smooth and timely deployment.
- Enhanced Agent Performance: Continuously improve AI agent performance through effective optimization and prompt engineering.
- Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain trust with clients, leading to long-term partnerships.
- Experience: Proven experience in client operations, client success, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or AI-driven environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales processes, and AI technologies is highly advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
